3. November 17 at 2 PM: Lecture-Recital on Sept Papillons (Seven Butterflies) for solo cello by Finish composer Kaija Saariaho. Presenter: Liam Battle, CIM Graduate student.
4. January 12 at 2 PM: Lecture: A Son's Recollections of Virtuoso Cellist Antonio Janigro. Presenter: Damir Janigro, son of the celebrated 20th-century Italian cellist.
5. January 26 at 2 PM: Lecture-Recital on Glissées for solo cello by Korean composer Isang Yun. Presenter: Liam Battle, CIM Graduate student.
6. March 2 At 2 PM: Lecture-Recital on Lamentations Black Folk Song Suite for solo cello by American composer Coleridge-Taylor Perkinson. Presenter: Dr. Nora Willauer.
7. April 4 (Friday) at 7 PM: i Cellisti! - cello ensemble extravaganza & scholarship fundraiser, featuring Jonathan Dormand (of the Verona Quartet at Oberlin). St. Paul’s Episcopal Church
8. April 6 (Sunday) exact timing to follow: Cello Day - a CCS collaboration with and at Baldwin Wallace University, for Intermediate-Advanced students (kids and adults).
9. April 27, noon-5 PM: Annual Scholarship Competition. The Music Settlement, University Circle
